Who is going to watch over the United Nations for possible corruption?
It's not the UN (though some Dems did demand that at one time. See Deroy Murdock, A Necessary Shaming:
The State Department has invited representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to monitor this fall's election.
I think I've read they've done it before, but I can't remember where I saw it.
