What did Senator Kerry know and when did he know it?
To: gopwinsin04
That's right. Keep the pressure on! I just LOVE that Cleland is mixed up in this now. Perfect.

The White House needs to keep pressing for this information to come out.

I heard that these memos are in Kitty Kelly's book. The publication of her book seems to have been delayed. Anyone know the details on that? I suspect that the DNC has done something to delay it because it's bad timing.

'What were those contacts and what was discussed? Who is the original source of the documents?'
'Who is responsible for forging these documents? Come on CBSABCNBC news...this is the story of the year...who is responsible for creating forged documents and feeding them to the press in an attempt to smear a sitting President of the United States?
Break this story and maybe people will start believing you instead of laughing at your "reporting".

Nothing like putting sKerry on "defence". And in politics, when you are on defence, your offensive message is going absolutely NO WHERE!!!!!

I have no idea why, but Strobe Talbot's name keeps popping into my mind. I did a search and can't come up with anything new on him, but I have always felt he was a deep buried Dem operative.

The White House has played this one perfectly. There was no need for them to be out in front of this story, because it had a life of its own. The White House can now demand answers without looking like it is whining.
To: gopwinsin04
The White House rep was doggedly on message. More questions must be answered. The timing is not in question, Operation Fortunate Son came from the DNC. Apology from CBS is good, but we must pursue the remaining questions.
Thank you Scott McClellan, for ignoring the "we were misled" spin and going forward for truth for the American people!
