Back in 2000, I was the first one to post a note about the "Snipers Wanted" graphic on FR, just because I wondered if anyone else had noticed it. I suppose today, the big story would not be that a talk show host was advocating the assassination of a presidential candidate, but that the MSM was trying to figure out who I was and if I'd ever given any money to any Republican candidates (for the record, I'm not a GOP operative, I've never even met Karl Rove, and I pay a CPA to insure I give as little money as possible to any politician.) Like Buckhead, I just have eyes and a functioning brain, which is so rare in liberal circles that it immediately makes you suspect.
I know that Bush has cajones the size of grapefruits and won't back down from anyone, but I hope he is getting the best protection that the Secret Service can give him.
