Thanks for that synopsis! Great job!
Thune: It would be nice if once in a while Daschle would be a rubber stamp for South Dakota.
I'm lovin' this.
It's almost like the Dems are being led to this strategy, and it is a failed one.
Once they come out and embrace the position that Iraq is Vietnam...the Republican machine could blast them. It would be like shooting fish in a barrel. Are they so easily fooled into taking up this position?
I hope every voter in SD watched this interview. Their vote would be a no-brainer. Dashle's time is over.
Dasshole is rude and keeps interrupting.
Gee, Thune is one fine looking man.
Daschle's having a hard time defending why certain judicial nominees haven't been given an up or down vote.
Thune is kicking *ss on MTP. He's sharp. Daschle is coming apart!
Thanks for all that......I'm still waiting to see and hear it here. Your transcript gives me pointers on what to look for!! Lately, I've been avoiding Russert's show, but today I make an exception.
Barbara Striesand's "Feelings" comes to mind, it's all they have.
Great analysis YaYa.
NOBODY ever points out that it was the original JFK, a DEMOCRAT, that first got us into Vietnam.
Or that Lyndon Johnson escalated it.
Daschle really sounds too defensive.
thanks..... boo hiss....no Sunday well behaved Chris Mathews here in Atlanta. FALCONS on!
are you noticing how he keeps pretending to intelligently take notes on his pad in front of him and all he is doing is scribbling??
Richard Nixon pulled the troops out and brought them home........but it was Kerry who lied to Congress about them and set the scene for our troops to be maligned. The circle is being completed now, and it is TRUTH time.
The swift boat people brought out this point. But as some point this story has to resonate loudly. Nothing is as good as winning.
Giving Iraq to the terrorists because they are fighting is definitely wrong for America. We have to give folks the image of what these idiots are proposing. Its freaky that Brit would stipulate that we should get out. Ghod!
