I'd have to say that Islam, in and of itself, cannot change. The people who practice the more moderate forms(although few) can change. They can see that Jesus Christ was sent to Earth as a man to die for their sins, was resurrected on the third day, and paved a way to God's grace with his sacrifice. That said...I doubt that many do.

actually according to 2nd Corinthians 4:3-4 I think they literally cannot "see" (comprehend) this. However they can ask the God of Israel and it will be revealed supernaturally (Matthew 16:16-17) to any sincerely seeking heart
