Now it sounds like the only people who watch SeeBS news shows are those who are critically viewing to pick them apart.
Resistance is futile.
Anyone can be found, that is unless your pushing a shopping cart full of tin cans in an abandoned district of some city. Even then you can be found, as even bums / transients have historys. If you work, pay bills, bank, pay taxes, drive a car, use a computer, credit cards, or just breath, you can be found. Trust me.
Makes me prouder than ever of our Buckhead!
. . . proving that it isn't rocket science to see that Dan Rather has his head in a malodorous body cavity.
Could not possibly represent a White House conspiracy because as the dems have said over and over, Bush is dumb as a door knob how would he ever get anything so massive done?
The DUmmies are all in "AHA!" mode. They are truly certifiable. Some of them are demanding he release his phone records.
Bill Burkett, on the other hand, should be protected from any scrutiny.
Those people are incredible.
Buckhead Walks the Walk. I will tell my grandkids one day of the hero in pajamas named Buckhead.
Truth over Deception!!!
Actually it wasn't Buckhead who pointed it out first. There was another poster who saw the documents on 60 minutes (before they were posted for careful inspection) who noticed that they just didn't look like military documents. There was something odd about them, but they had only been flashed on the screen for a few seconds.
The fact of the matter is that with only a flash on the screen it was pretty obvious that the documents were fake. Upon careful inspection it was conclusive.
The fact that CBS could not figure out that they were fakes tells me that their entire news staff is a bunch of morons. Either that or they knew they were fakes and they thought that everyone else in the country (besides them) is a bunch of morons.
Since they were given fair warning by their own experts, I tend to lean towards the latter.
Wait 'til they find out I'm the Dread Pirate Roberts.
As usual, don't refute the charges, smear the accuser.
So what? Did they think a "liberal" would out the forgery? Duhh... How did the LA Times get Buckhead's name? That part sux.
My letter to the editor of the LA Times, at
letters@latimes.com
In your attempt to shoot the messenger in "Blogger Who Faulted CBS Documents Is Conservative Activist", your writer, Peter Wallsten, neglected to also mention that Buckhead is an American, a voter, and he probably pays a higher percentage of his income in federal income taxes than the Kerrys do.
-Until The Times identified him by piecing together information from his postings over the past two years-
-I don't like this crap one bit. Newspapers piecing together you identity on a privately run anonymous web forum?-
OK let me get this straight. MSM couldn't tell the they were fakes unless they brought in experts, BUT they can determine who broke the story by hunting down every post he's made in the last couple of years and tracking it back to a real name?
I'd think that if Danny Boy had any hint at all that this were true. Perhaps a copied Word Document or something. He'd interrupt regular CBS programming immediatly to break the news.
So, obviously, it was a Democratic hack that forged it, and Dan thinks it's important enough to go down for them.
The Times identified him by piecing together information from his postings over the past two years,
I suspect that Buckhead was a real disappointment for the LA times. They really expected somebody who was joined at the hip with Karl Rove (or at least Haliburton); instead they found an ordinary concerned citizen. An individual who working alone did more in 45 minutes then the entire CBS news operation was able to accomplished over a five year period.
