And it was left from IP address 71.34.251.220. It’s a Qwest IP address. If you plug it into this location finder, you come up with Eugene, Oregon.

That’s where Deb Frisch lives.

Ace has redacted the comment, but here’s a screenshot:

Similar comments were published on Jeff Goldstein’s site, in this thread. The comments used this e-mail address: cunt@proteinwisdom.cum.

They were left from the same Qwest IP address as the comment on Ace’s: 71.34.251.220 — again, tracing back to Frisch’s new hometown of Eugene, Oregon.

Frisch previously left comments on my site, Ace’s site, and Jeff’s site using a slightly different Qwest IP address that traced back to Eugene, Oregon. That previous Frisch IP address was Qwest IP address 71.34.252.228, which also traces to Eugene, Oregon.

I long ago deleted the content of comment she left on my site, under the moniker “WW” (”Word Warrior”); it’s still linked here. I preserved the original text in a Notepad file.What do you folks suggest Jeff do? He currently appears to be shutting the site down until this is settled.

Ace is still down at 15:19 eastern.

3. It was left under the same IP address as the recent comments from her IP address on Jeff Goldstein’s and Ace’s site: 71.34.251.220. It was left under the moniker “WW” (”Word Warrior”) with Frisch’s correct e-mail and URL.

It contains an interesting admission.

Remember Kitty Genovese, the New York City woman stabbed to death near her home in Queens while her neighbors watched from their windows? The case popularized the psychological phenomenon dubbed the bystander effect or "Genovese syndrome." You know: "I didn't want to get involved."

A few weeks ago, blogger Jeff Goldstein outed an unhinged nutball, former University of Arizona lecturer in psychology Deborah Frisch, who left vile comments about Goldstein and his son at his site, Protein Wisdom. The case received some mainstream media attention --faulty, at that--after Frisch resigned. Most people have moved on. But not Frisch. She relocated to Eugene, Oregon, and the harassment of Jeff and his family continues.

Holy smokes.  Sorry to bring up the crazy this morning, but much as I enjoy a good grinder on the freeway...kinda my occupation, I had to make my morning visit to the nut farm and see how the Frisching was.  It is even more crazy than ever.  She even tells someone she is seriously considering “Ramseying” him.  She has dropped the amount she wants from Jeff down to 25G’s, but is pissed that people are donating to his legal fund and wants all of that.  While she is constantly asking for legal advice, everyone is telling her she hasn’t a chance and to drop it.  She is in total delusional frenzy about how she is going to earn a big payday from all the crazy.

However, that isn’t the big CCFCCP part.

She has gone into full Frisch speak, and there is hardly a discernable word written in the Queen’s English.  There is some rambling post aledgedly written by her long suffering dog that sounds like a veiled “note” that is almost impossible to understand due to Frisch speak, and the other, more rambling note where she is talking about suing any and all people that have ever uttered her name, is awash in it. 

This is beyond entertaining over there.  It is just plain off the hook.  However, the thing to really take away from the two latest posts are that they are no longer just alluding to violence, she has actually made direct and unmistakable threats.

If anyone was going to act from the legal stand point on this issue, I recommend sooner rather than later.

Oh...and a real bummer is that apparently once you sign up, you no longer get the TW words.  Bummer.

Awwwww. Looks like someone is upset that readers of this blog vote for their favorite posts using the Digg button at the bottom of each entry, which I incorporated last month. Occasionally, a post here gets promoted onto the Digg front page (the more positive votes, the higher an article/post rises). And a few left-wingers can't stand it:

I just submitted an accurate story to Digg critiquing their promotion system, and how it may be being manipulated by a small group of right-wing users. The story was up to 138 diggs in 4 hours, which would put the article on the front page without question, except, a small group of unknown users has marked the story as "lame" which buried it.

How dare conservatives take advantage of user-generated ranking structures for news like everyone else!

If you're a liberal who puts the Digg button on your site and encourages your readers to use it, you're a social-networking revolutionary.

If you're a conservative who does the same, you are master of "gaming" and "spamming" and "controlling" the system:

Look for an increase in unhinged reactions as more and more conservative bloggers and right-leaning Internet users join Digg and embrace other social bookmarking tools.

See, that's the wonderful thing about social networking technology. It doesn't discriminate by political ideology.

Following up on my blog post this morning pointing out the disgusting blackface Photoshop published by Democratic Senate candidate Ned Lamont's number one promoter in the blogosphere, Jane Hamsher at the Huffington Post, I'm posting a video of the two cozying up to each other at a recent campaign appearance:For those of you who aren't familiar with Hamsher, she's a bottom-feeding blogger who has been the prime mover and shaker for Lamont in the blogosphere. A wealthy Hollyweirdo, she moved to Connecticut to "cover" the campaign and has raised tens of thousands of dollars for the Lamont campaign. Here she is, elite Hollyweird liberal who loves putting people in blackface, pretending to speak on behalf of black voters.

I've written before on her vile ad hominem attacks against conservative National Review writer/author, Kate O'Beirne, whom Hamsher attacked as "sandpaper snatch." She threatened O'Beirne on her blog: "The bitch is dead meat."

And Ned Lamont embraces this?

The netroots/nutroots are putting their proverbial eggs in the Ned Lamont basket. They are pulling out all the stops with ad hominen attacks on Sen. Joe Lieberman. Don Lambro looks at the uncivil war faced by pro-Iraq war Democrats. Ian Schwartz has the Lamont-Colbert video. Look at the Photoshop that unhinged Jane Hamsher has posted of Sen. Lieberman at the Huffington Post:

I am so sure the Congressional Black Caucus and the NAACP and the civil rights brigade will be protesting this disgusting use of blackface in political discourse. Oh, wait, never mind. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are campaigning against Lieberman, too.

Meanwhile, "ImpeachPAC" is playing the Nazi card against Lieberman--essentially blaming his support for the war for an infiltration of skinheads into the US military.

Lamont is a millionaire with money to burn. This piece reports he "has now given $3 million of his own money to his campaign and has increased his TV advertising for the final two weeks." Like so many wealthy Dem elites, he's spending much of that money trying to convince voters he's a..."populist." He's also whining about criticism of his membership in an exclusive private club. He calls the scrutiny "dirty politics."

Guess whose fault it is that she made an insane decision to publish the minstrel Photoshop of Joe Lieberman on her Huffington Post blog entry? It's those damned "right-wing Republicans:"

The Lamont campaign has condemned the Photoshop. Guess they're still fine with Hamsher's "bitch is dead meat" threat, though. 

Hamsher has worked intimately with Lamont throughout the summer. From her blog on July 29:

I can’t remember a time being called more crap names in five minutes for voicing a counter opinion, or pointing out the lack of facts among the moonbats, but boohoo they’re being baited. It’s like debating Mrs. Horseheads 7th grade homeroom.

- Case in point. Mr. Retardo posts the ongoing lie/rumor that “Frisch’s attacks on Jeff’s kiddo is offset by a like attack from Jeff or one of his commentators”. 24 hours ago I told him if he has the IP or name to put up or shut up, and I’ve repeated that callout several times since, ignoring all the bullshit name calling. Nada. Lying liars, telling lies.

- One thing that should be remembered. Turning the blogosphere into a hopeless, marginalized mess, would in some ways be very much to the asshats benefit, since prior to it’s existance they enjoyed almost a monopoly on the narrative through the Marxist Left-wing press.
