Pat Buchanan and Joe Scaroboborough are not using the kid gloves used by the host of the formerly number one show in cable news. Buchanan said CBS was complict in a criminal conspiracy to affect a presidential election. Scaroborough is evidently not in negotiation with Rather for a future interview.
Where is the Texas U.S. Attorney in this case? Why hasn't an investigation been announced? A felony has been committed!
Mort Zuckerman was very nervous about what Buchanan said. He diassociated himself with those remarks. Basically, Joe and Pat spent the first ten minutes ridiculing Crazy Dan.

When you see Lanny Davis on the screen you will know the prosecutors on the case.
Dan Rather is getting slammed!
Zelnick was on the other night. He is hammering much harder tonight.
I was watching this.
The other yahoo, a 'media crisis expert', tried to slip it in there that someone took advantage of a massive ego at SeeBS, he didn't say who's, by passing these documents off as legitimate.
In other words someone involved with the Presidents campaign. As usual nobody called him on it because they were too busy talking over one another.
I see so many missed opportunities on talk radio and the cable channels because of this overtalk business.
I recall when the burger scandal first broke and lani davis admitted on Hannity's radio show that a democrat might have 'accidentally' leaked the information. Sean missed a golden opportunity on that one and never called him on it because he was too busy trying to talk over him.
The crisis expert was on Britt Hume, he fizzled on that show. If had not been booked in advance, that performance would have got him kicked off this show.
He said that on Scarborough?
Bob Zelnick nailed Rather and CBS...Zuckerman was tough, too. How refreshing. Joe's been putting on some great shows lately. I e-mail him constantly about staying on this and he's doing the job.
Then he said he was speaking to some businessmen Monday, and bringing up Rather's name brought peals of laughter from the group.
So, Dan, if he makes his planned retirement, on his terms, will bring his fantasy to meet reality.
A good time for all is guaranteed.
Except for Cap'n Dan, the Newsman.
Sumner Redstone is a bigger egomaniac than Rather. He doesn't care about stockholders. Look at who is running some of these companies. George Mitchell kept Eisner at Disney. Dickie Daley's brother runs SBC.
Pat is great, when he is not holding hands with Bob Graham on MTP.
Zuckerman thinks this is an ego problem, too eager for a scoop, ready to be duped -- but no media bias.
Mikey has never come clean.
