Cuturelle is the best probiotic available for help in this area. My daughter has Crohn's and her GI doctor recommended it.

I know there are many probiotics out there; however, there are many with no viable bacteria in them at all, despite their claims.

I would encourage you to visit ConsumerLab.com for independent tests on all forms of supplements.
