Why must liberals always try to romanticize filthy terrorist scum? It's a weakness they have.

Some years ago, before Al-Qeda was even in the news, I got to meet and talk to an Algerian religious studies masters student here in Cincinnati. He was very articulate and knew allot more about religions than I do. He often talked of his family that were strewn all over the world. One day he told me that he was headed back to Algeria. I asked him what his plans were and he said...Jihad. I went through all the motions of asking him why he of all people would fight fellow muslims since his nation was muslim. He said..."Islam requires us to fight for the expansion of our faith" The way he said it gave me a chill up my spine.

The determination of these people can not be discarded or diminished. We need to understand our enemy. Islam is our enemy...Islam calls for them to fight and they will keep doing it so long as new ones are born and taught in mosques and madrases to hate us. And make no mistake...they are taught to hate us and see us as nothing but an obstacle to achieving their dream of a muslim planet. As they and their faith is, I am at war with them and their faith.

Ahhhhh.... but "romantic" is how the Bad Guys see THEMSELVES.

They see themselves as noble, gallant and brave, and..yes, "romantic" in the oldest sense of that word.

If we are going to win, we need to know that about them!
