As FReeper txrangerette, I call your attention to my post on FR. My post links to calpundit, a blogger. He has an interview w/Burkett, & you'll find 2 words used by Burkett "run interference" if you search on the page. And as my post says, LtCol Killian appears to use Burkett's lingo in the CYA MEMO! FReeper catphish brought up the point first in an earlier post, but only as a question, not a conclusion.
