I have a simple question that maybe someone with knowledge can answer for me. How would a secretary know specific language that was Army vs. Air Guard? Did she type for everyone?

If she made mistakes and was corrected, she might remember. Then when new typists came on board, she'd pass on the proper usage to them?

How would a secretary know specific language that was Army vs. Air Guard? Did she type for everyone? Kilians son said she was a pool secretary. So did the Air and Army National guard share that facility?
