At this point, nothing I have available over the internet has that resolution. Within 50 miles is about the best that I can see.

The center of a hurricane has very calm winds and usually a clear sky. I would love to learn the name of the first city that reports calm winds.

AT 2 AM CDT...0700Z...THE LARGE EYE OF HURRICANE IVAN WAS CENTERED
NEAR LATITUDE 30.2 NORTH...LONGITUDE 87.8 WEST...VERY NEAR THE
ALABAMA COASTLINE.

IVAN IS MOVING SLIGHTLY EAST OF DUE NORTH NEAR 13 MPH...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...THE CORE OF THE HURRICANE WILL BE ON THE COAST
SHORTLY.

Gulf Shores is in the eye right now. That's where Gary Tuchman from CNN just reported from.

I've been switching back between the Eglin and Mobile radars...

At this time it appears that little, tiny Oyster Bay is smack dab in the middle of the eye, about four, five miles NW of Gulf Shores...

For some reason, the Elgin radar is still showing the best image of the eye...
