That grounding document is dated August 1. If your flight physical is due in your birth month and Bush was born in July then this doc. is actually more consistent with reality.

Also, I've never yet seen the dates of his PREVIOUS physicals posted anywhere.

Given that Bush continued to fly up until approx May 1972 (I think) it's safe to assume his flight physicals were in order. Bush knew he wouldn't be flying again and didn't take the physical.

The media wants to believe Bush was grounded for some scandalous reason and just won't let go until they find something, perhaps more vintage 1990's documents, that will prove them correct.
