Click a region and all major CBS affiliated radio stations for that region will appear in a list. If you type the name of station into google, for example, "KSFO AM", you will know right away if they have an online presence so you can simply contact them by email. If the station broadcasts on the internet, it is likely to be especially receptive to your email even though you may not live in its immediate broadcasting area.
Let's encourage them all to follow the fine example set by 950 KPRC. It's up to us. This is an opportunity and it won't last for long. We can make a difference in America.
KFYI here in Arizona was already going on about how much longer they would be a CBS affiliate. They run CBS news during the daytime, but at night and on weekend they usually run a foxnews feed. Methinks CBS market share is a dwindling base. :)
GReat idea..Mark..are you goign to be following this locally?..Can you use Bonaparte's ping list to keep us advised?
Right on. If this type of thing is the result, I hope that CBS holds off coming clean forever. This should have happened when CNN did their "Operation Tailwind" and NBC did their exploding Chevy truck fiction. Those stories only got token bitching but people are putting up with a lot less these days. After Sept. 11th, the consequences are more clear and people just aren't going to take it anymore. CBS burn in hell, may the other alphabet networks follow quickly.
