Actually, she challenged him to have her on his show, after he slammed right wing talk radio for keeping the CBS memogate non-story alive. She put down the challenge to debate her, and he's taken it.

oreilly has Laura Ingraham on tonite. ... He'll schedule that segment for the third or last quarter hour. People tune in to see and hear Laura. She is sharp, IMO. An excellent radio personality.
