Well now I guess Teresa Heinz Kerry was right. We are idiots if this statement stands.

There was a time when forged documents meant a crime had taken place. After Clinton they're just suggestions of wrongdoing. No problem

As I understand it, forging a document is no longer "wrongdoing" so long as the information contained in them is "accurate".

From now on, if someone asks you for your driver's license, you can just hand them a napkin with your name and address handwritten on it. "But officer! The information is essentially the same as that contained on my actual driver's license!"
