Rush Limbaugh has just interrupted his program to announce that Dan Rather has been spotted on the New York freeway, driving a white Bronco slowly in the passing lane. He is being trailed by cars full of reporters from ABC, NBC, CNN and FOX News. Rather claims to have an explosive device strapped around his waist and has given CBS 60 minutes to give him his old job back.

I was just driving back to work when Rush made that statement after the 1:00 PM news. I just about drove off the road because I was laughing so hard. I think that was one of the best Rush jokes I have ever heard.

Does Rather have to go through a metal detector like all other CBS employees. Maybe he brought a gun to work today.
