what's funny is that I could add another 5 or more 'whereas ...' since I sent this off - particularly:

1) Hugh Hewitt's e-mail from an Apple software engineer who confirms that Apple did patent their font faces before licensing to Microsoft. I figured they had but didn't know for certain what they were so I simply alluded to them as being IBM and other companies.

2) Other people in Alabama have come forward.

3) New experts disputing the docs have come out.

4) Secretary now disputes writing.

5) Plus Rather came out again last night with another absurd (and probably misleading) statement about 'ones' and 'l's
