I don't know if Rather comes on at 6:30 or 7 here, since I haven't watched him in years. I'll try this evening. I'm betting on #1.

Rather used to come on at 6 here, but his ratings were so embarrassingly awful that the local affiliate moved him to 7 (after the other 2 nets' newscasts were over) to compete with such titans as Jeopardy and Inside Edition.

I think Jeopardy is winning.
