i hate to be on topic or anything, but rather just les loose a screed of accusations against w., had some tubby, bald-headed gut identified as "bill glennon technical consultant" who said it could all have been produced in the 1970s, and failed to answer any of the other questions. the upshot being, "they might conceivably have been possibly made we think, so we have concluded they are genuine and george bush is a bad man," or words to that effect.
Yeah I might be able to make my car run on grape kool-aid as well.
Is this Bill Glennon dude the repairman that has been making rounds in the last couple days to tell people how possible it all was...and why do I have a mental image of a deranged Goofy?
If so, then it should be a simple matter to find the '70s era machine that had all those capabilities, recreate the memo on said machine, (WITHOUT having to resort to a lot of manipulations that wouldn't ordinarily be employed) and do the photoshop trick to toggle back and forth between the "original" and the machine-created one. If it matches as closely as the MS Word version, we all have egg on our faces and crow to eat. Until then, it's a forgery.
Bill Glennon was a typewriter repairman!
