There was an interesting article in NRO today that suggested that, with the flight of conservatives from MSM, CBS's audience is so far left that to back down on the docs would destroy their credibility with the majority of those who actually do watch them.

Hence, they will not back down -- it is not in their best interests.

It's not a stupidity thing. It is an arrogance thing. They somehow still think it's 1980 and their word is all we have to go on.

They also seem to operate on the odd notion that only a fraction of the nation knows about the internet.

The longer they stonewall, the more it's gonna hurt...

What was that "technical expert" crap.

Expert of what? Dude is most likely not an expert on the subject they were talking about.

He was most likely a computer guy from CBS

AMAZING HOW THEY WON'T LET THE HANDWRITING EXPERT, THAT THEY FIRST CITED AS THEIR EXPERT, COME OUT AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE.

I don't even think they showed the guy.

FNC says CBS is ordering him not to do any interviews.

Turns out the guy is just a handwriting expert. Not expert on Type face.
