But it really towers over what's on the road now is in height, at 108 inches, or 11 feet I guess I'm going to have to get my tape measure adjusted.

It's basically your normal dump truck chassis with some creature comforts thrown in. It will be useless for off-road and will probably be loud and uncomfortable.
Upside: the engine will last at least 1 million miles or more before it can be rebuilt and then run for another million.
