Hmmmm. Alot of food for thought in that article. I wonder what country bought the goods this time? What are the goods exactly? Are they considered "dual use"? What existing contract do we want fulfilled by the Chinese before the sanctions take effect? I guess we don't want national security to get in the way of commerce, right?
