Mort's going off on Juan...big time.
Roundtable on Fox is discussing this "explanation" (they must have all watched just now).
I'll keep reading posts but the sum was "a typewriter existed at the time that could have done this". They did not show this unit possessed such, plus the man not typing, etc etc etc.
Just what we all expected.
Juan can't believe this. CBS did fine debunking in his book.
Fred points out to Juan they as reporters are investigatig the authenticity. Juan says what should be investigated is Bush's service.

Please point out to Juan that by investigating the docs you are investigating "the service", since debunking them demonstrates someone is gunning for Bush and willing to make up records to do it. Nobody points it out.
Kondracke says this whole issue is a distraction just like Kerry's service does not go to his qualifications to serve as president. Oh, Juan begs to differ on that. Juan got injected with kool-aid for this appearance. I don't think I've ever seen him so shameless.

I just wrote to CBS Evening News. Now I'll write to all its sponsors. What a partisan, lying piece of crap his program is. And they stand by him?! For what...hatred of Pres. Bush, protection of Kerry. Going down in flames over that.

Update. Called NBC affiliate. Person on the phone claimed the documents were real. We mentioned the "booing" AP hoax and he acknowledged the existance. He said both NBC and ABC were covering the story. Anyone here know what those stations said?
