"-flight physical (medical) was ordered no later than 5/14 but his birthday was in July is that correct procedure?-"

Physical would be required no later than 31July (last day of birth month).

Not only was the physical not due for at least two months at the time of the memo, but there was a specific window for the new physical to carry an aviator for another year. A physical in early May would have been to early to carry Bush until July 73'. He still would have dropped dead at the end of July 72'.

In my 30+ years in the military -- no one that I know of ever took a physical early.

It technically wasn't required in your birthday month -- only before your next flight. So, if you got your schedule changed or were on leave, you could float another couple of weeks.

When is Hannity or someone going to respond to the wild Democrat charges by picking up a copy of Kerry's request to be released from active duty so he could go work on his own campaign!!!!! And then he went to work with the VVAW instead!

Hannity and the rest of the media needs to keep a copy of that document with them AT ALL TIMES, imo! I get so frustrated that the Dems keep lying about Bush and it is going unchallenged!
