Kerry may want us to think Edwards was in kindergarten during the Vietnam War, but being born in 1953 made Johnny 18 years old during the Kerry testimony to Congress, and old enough to volunteer for 'Nam. Like a lot of other 18-19 year olds did.

I agree. Who is Edwards to question anybody about military service? The same goes for all of the RATS, male and female, who are involved in the Kerry campaign and who have not served in the military. George Bush could have gone to Canada or gotten duty in Japan, such as Senator Harkin did. He served honorably in the ANG and to insinuate, as RATS do, that Natl Guard service is not honorable is to demean all other Guard members. The only weapon the RATS have is the use of scandal and mud slinging since they do not want John Kerry's 18 yr, most liberal senator, record discussed. Better that Edwards should talk about how his millions came from suing health providers and thus raising health insurance costs for all of the public.

Haven't you heard? An obscure North Carolina law required law schools to grant a Juris Doctor degree to any student who failed kindergarten at least seven successive times. How else did Edwards become a lawyer? And this explanation also gives good reason for Edwards using junk science to extort his millions from defenseless doctors.
