Why 'Section 8' in the thread title? Is this part 8 (not section 8) of your files on Kerry? (Or do you mean to imply that Kerry got a Section 8? Not a good idea, if you did mean to imply that.)

The FBI files are divided into sections, I have done section 7 and parts of other sections, this covers the highlights of section 8.
