If they match, good chance someone close to Kerry's campaign (who may sign his signature) did this.

Does it make sense that Killian would write a memo dated August 1, 1972 stating that the transfer was not allowed and then in a CYA memo dated August 18, 1972 state that he didn't have any feedback from Alabama?
