Yeah I could been more clear, but the idea is killian was having an imaginary phone discussion since Bush had already cleared out for AL, which means he had found a unit to accept him and the Killian memo says Bush is looking for a unit to accept him. Just doesn't jib. Who ever wrote this didn't really talk to W!
