There is nothing new in this speech. He is using the "wrong war, wrong time" stuff and the "I would have done everything different" stuff.

Now he is onto job creation. Oh...phony laugh now.

All that partisan applause and chanting is a mistake.

He would be better served right now with the appearance of a serious speech before a serious audience...like Kennedy's address to the Economic Club of Chicago. All this "Kerry! Kerry!" just sounds like another rally.

What's with that stifled chuckling?
