That's what I'm trying to tell you: because it's CHECHNYA. And they do not want anyone to interfere in their common life-like, say, kidnapping people, smuggling drugs, stealing cattle... And Islamic-it's like a password to get funds from Saudi Arabia and countries like it. It's like "Socialism" 20 years ago-a cannibal regime in Africa vows the're building socializm-and here are fund from the USSR.
Most Americans find it difficult to comprehend the nature of Chechen criminality. People with whom I have spoken find such characterizations repulsive, due to their ignorance of the actual situation.
They cannot understand that certain populations are prone to widespread criminality, and hold instead that all peoples are about the same.
