We need to hear their stories. We need to be told, over and over again, that at least a segment of their captors was aligned with the radical Islam fanaticism that threatens not only school houses in Russia, but school houses, airports, train stations, waterworks, public utilities, football stadiums, small towns, and large metropolitan areas, all over the world.

Don't forget churches. The terrorists don't want us to perceive any place as safe.

What happened in Russia last week will serve as a foretaste of things to come unless the rest of the world connects-the-dots and looks beyond our noses. The media, now interminably focused on hurricanes and heart bypasses, are obscuring the dots and attempting to take our eyes off the horizon.

I expect it from the liberal media who have an agenda but I had higher hopes for Fox.

Fox was on all day Friday with their live correspondent regarding the Massacre showing gruesome pictures...many of the facts cited by the poster were already broadcast thru Fox...the problem was that Saturday, Frances struck with a potential for widespread destruction....what are you going to cover!

The news is out there but we here at Free Republic deal with many loved ones and friends as well as ignorant Liberals who don't explore the news in depth unless a terrorist rams a plane into a building. People just don't follow the news...the networks know this which is why they only serve up pablumized, sugar coated liberal gunk, to a public self absorbed with its navel! Indeed many powerful people would rather us not know what is really going on...hence the anguished cries when Fox(more often than not) does bite into a juicy story!
