My "time-out" channel is TV Land. If there is some ugly political truth about them, and I should be boycotting them, I don't want to know. It's the only escape I have left.
Old Beavis and Butthead episodes make me laugh till I cry. I know it's adolescent boy humor but oh well hehehe. Otherwise I've taken up walking and replaying Charles Stanley programs. That way my escape is constructive at the same time.
