Remeber what the KGB did when one of the Islamist groups in Beirut kidnapped and killed a Russian diplomat? They found the perpetrator, stuffed his genitals into his mouth and dumped his head on his family's doorstep. For some odd reason, the Russians never lost another diplomat.
