As I said, I know it can be annoying. One of my closest friends has some very annoying ghosts that make it so difficult for her guests to sleep that they end up snapping angrily at the ghosts, to little avail, and now are refusing to visit. But as I say, one can get rid of them or keep them under good control. Some people simply do not take a firm line with them and then they end up practically running the place. No different in that regard than dogs or children, really.

Capriole -- You hit a very important nail on the head in yours.

Some people simply do not take a firm line with them and then they end up practically running the place. No different in that regard than dogs or children, really.

You are right. You are absolutely RIGHT. It's that issue about "energies" again. Misplaced, or properly ordered. Makes far more sense to battle flesh & blood "ghosts" which are manifestations if not imprintations of "spooks" from other dimensions. Usually, ghosts fade with time if and when they are ignored. It's about "energies". And no person (or ghost) being an energy source of its own.

A parallel?

Imagine if the liberal protestors were never given as much media coverage as they have, and do?

Over time, they'd stop. Certainly, their numbers would dwindle.

There are, nonetheless, some horrific "hauntings" which require much more and expert approaches to dealing with.

I see Saddam Hussein (AQ, Terrorists) as such an "entity" -- in physical analogy to the topic here.
