Who's defending anyone?
I've read and followed this story from the onset, here's what I've read, heard, and seen on the media:
They've called them "separatists"...they are.
They've called them "terrorists"...they are.
They've reported the presence of Arabs, and reported the connection to Al Qaeda.
They've accused them of murdering innocent people, and they've shown the graphic images.
I criticize the media when warranted, but I do not when it isn't warranted.
You people set up this bull$hit standard that unless your exact phrases are used, they're not reporting things properly, and since every one has a different concept of what they should say, the media is always wrong.
Well, the story has been fully reported by the media for once, and that's a fact.
Now, I'm in South Florida sitting here with a hurricane just off the coast, and this story was on the front page of every newspapaper down here.
This time, the media is doing a decent job of reporting an event.
