I'm an old lady and I've smoked for over 45 years. Just had a complete body scan in March. I'm in excellent health. Never been overweight in my life. (Except for 3 pregnancies.) Very few wrinkles and I pass for 40. I'm almost 61.
Well he's probably a bit healthier than he would have been if he'd skipped the jogging, but it's not enough to compensate for over/bad-eating and bad genes. I'm 43, super-healthy, and look younger than I am. I eat right, don't drink or smoke, and am reasonably active, but still have to give the genes a lot of credit.
