I also wish him the best. Don't agree with his morals/politics but I REFUSE to lower myslf and say what a liberal would say to a conservative in this case.

Kerry's attack on Cheney is gonna get him taken to the woodshed by the SBV for Truth.

When they use his own words, and then show his own college deferal refusal, and his own words that he joined the Naval reserves hoping to avoid action he is gonna crumble.

His own words either in print or on video is enough to capsize his ship. He just keeps exposing his weakness.

This idiot doesn't have a clue how to act under fire, no doubt that is why his CO's suggested he use the 3 PH's to get the hell away from them.

When I had mine in March, I couldn't breathe and had to go to the ER and ICU. They sent me by ambulance to Upstate. Had surgery and am doing fine. Amazing what they can do. I still have had no pain from it. He'll be fine.

Well he's probably a bit healthier than he would have been if he'd skipped the jogging, but it's not enough to compensate for over/bad-eating and bad genes. I'm 43, super-healthy, and look younger than I am. I eat right, don't drink or smoke, and am reasonably active, but still have to give the genes a lot of credit.

FNC now reporting Hellary's office is saying that she and Chelsea will be going to the hospital

I have trouble seeing Hillary doting over him at his bedside in the hospital. I picture her more behaving like "Nurse Ratchet" .

From former President Clinton's spokeswoman Tammy Sun:

"Former President Bill Clinton is being admitted to New York Presbyterian Hospital today and is scheduled to have bypass surgery. The former President went to Northern Westchester Hospital yesterday afternoon after experiencing mild chest pain and shortness of breath. Initial testing was normal and he spent the night at home in nearby Chappaqua, NY. After undergoing additional testing this morning at Westchester Medical Center, doctors advised he should undergo bypass surgery. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and Chelsea Clinton will be with the President in New York City."

I pray for snakes I find, right after I chop them up into little pieces and parts.

my husband, who was 47 at the time, was complaining of chest pains for some 24 hours last january. he thought it was a bad case of indigestion and i guess really didn't want to admit it might be something more serious. he went to the doctor the following afternoon and was admitted to the hospital. a catherization was performed the next morning.

sometimes there is extensive damage but for various reasons the surgery will be performed later. the doctors were unable to correct his blockages with stents (he had over a dozen, five major) and surgery was scheduled for the following mon. (he was admitted on wed.). he ended up having a quintuple bypass.

my husband did have a heart attack but surgery was scheduled for 5 days later. 1/3 of his heart was damaged so that may have been the reason for the wait to perform surgery.

until that jan. my husband had never shown any of the classic symptoms of heart disease—he was thin (no beer belly), low blood pressure, normal cholesterol. however, he did smoke and his family did have a history of heart disease.

it is now 19 months since his surgery. he has made serveral lifestyle changes—doesn't smoke anymore, exercises regularly, eats a completely different diet than what he did before. he returned back to work full-time two months after the surgery but those two months were very hard for all of us.

i don't envy the situation bill clinton and his family are in. it will be a life changing experience and a rough couple of weeks. sometimes situations such as these can change everyone involved for the better. i pray this would be the case for them.

Not necessarily, Miss Marple. They never really diagnosed my problem either. I had several tests but nothing showed until it happened.

I'm not going to sound holier-than-thou and pretend that I have any goodwill at all towards Clinton. The man was and is a disgrace to our nation. Do I wish him dead - no. Do I care if he lives - no. Do I hope he repents from the wretched things he has done to the country as a whole and to specific men and particularly women - YES!

Make no mistake - regardless of how this plays out medically, this will be squeezed for all its worth politically by him, his lousy wife, and the Democrats. Bush had a great convention and momentum, this gives the media something to focus on instead. I'm not happy about that and I don't care who calls me coldhearted. Our country's future is more important than this one sleazy man.
