Well, I guess it's your theory and you're sticking with it, which is your right. But these are reports coming from survivors.
Think about this... these idiots were smart enough to get a whole school as a hostage, smart enough to take in the tools necessary to secure the perimeter. This doesn't quite fit into that whole plan.
