People were saying he looked drunk or stoned and slurred his speech and didn't make sense. What was your take?
Kerry rambled on and on. It was very boring and basically he just said he disagreed with everything Bush said. And he tried to say a few cute rhyming phrases but they went flat. I kept expecting him to say "I know you are but what am I ?"
My take was that he was really tired. I wondered if he fell asleep on the bus on the way there. It just seemed like it was way past his bed time and that he couldn't think clearly.
