Nice idea but will never happen as long as there a Democrat left on the face of this earth. Sounds good though.

He is pacing himself, getting in all the talking points for the next two months campaign. He will be able to say. "I said that". etc.

This will be be a rabble rouser speech, it is a factual speech, as it should be.
