McCain allowed Tommy Brokaw to lead him down the path toward the claim that Miller was questioning Kerry's patriotism. McCain put on his "I'm so concerned" face and basically agreed with Brokaw.

McCain sat on NBC national broadcast and even as the cheers were still echoing for Zell Miller's great speech, McCain not only criticized Miller but also claimed that Kerry is 'qualified' to be Commander in Chief.
