Refers to the song, "Hey Ya" by Outkast. Means to shake your body (dance).

It's from an R and B song. Polaroid put out a press release a while back saying don't shake your polaroid pictures or it will ruin them, but it just means to shake your booty I believe. I'm not an R and B fan.

The phrase "shake it like a polaroid picture" is from the Outkast song talking about shaking their booty while dancing. remember "bend over let me see you shake your tail feathers" from "The Blues Brothers" movie same thing.
