You referred to me as a member of the MTV pinhead generation. I resent being called a pinhead, thank you very much. Most certainly DID NOT refer to you as anything!! Show me the post. I was posting to Limauddad.
You may be self-associating....which is not the same thing! BTW, I don't know who you are, how old you are, whatever. But I help my dad assemble a home-brew C-band TVRO satellite receiver, complete with 8-foot dish back before videos were anything more than concert footage. I watched MTV in the pre-Twisted Sister "We're not gonna take it!" days! THAT mah friend, was the REAL WORLD!

Your post #7. You referred to the current coming-of-age generation as the MTV pinhead generation. Since I'm 20, I happen to be in this generation.
Perhaps I overreacted, but I've seen post after post on FR insulting towards people my age, who are actually some of the most conservative people around. In high school, back when I was a liberal, I was the only lib--everyone else I knew was a conservative. This was especially true in my AP Government class. I'm at university now, and after taking a Global Studies class with one of the most liberal professors around, he had more students debating his ideas than he did agreeing with them. There's also another FR poster here, in high school, who set up a "High School Students for Bush" club. 325~ members, versus 20 in the HSS for Kerry club. We are most certainly not pinheads.

(Liberals want "anyone but Bush." Tell them you're voting for Ashcroft. Watch them cringe.)
