I don't know what CNN was saying, but it was rather bad and cheezy.... Particularly some of the jabs that they attempted... I could only groan.
Oh well, just my opinion anyway.
I wasn't impressed either, but the media are really desperate if they are picking on the kids.
I felt the same way. the crowd wasn't all that reponsive to them either.
Same here, though I did not mind looking at them. It was cheezy, but, hell conventions where delegates wear elephant trunks on their nose do have some room for cheeziness. It was not like anyone expected a foreign policy directive from them.

My reaction too. Why in the world weren't they given the services of a speechwriter? Afew of their comments were embarassing and trashy. They were definately not the class act they could have been. Both struck me as being wild and pretty undisciplined. That's a shame.
