If you have no insurance, this is why you need to get in touch with a research program. They are often looking for cases to include in a study and the treatment is typically free. The problem though would be to find such a study close to where you live. Here is the link to show you the ongoing clinical trials, but contact them anyway to see if they can give you any other leads.

I hold an NIH grant in another area of medicine, and believe me that there are many people out there who want to help your daughter, but they just don't know yet that you need them. The more professional people who know of your search, the more likely you will find help.
