where is the elderly driver who croaks behind the wheel and takes out about 25 pedestrians when you really need him/her?

I can't tell if there are really hundreds of people there or if they're just the same ones walking around a short block. ;-)

there is no way to walk around the block - side streets are closed. does anyone know the route, how far north will they be allowed to march?
