Sipowicz could clear an entire city block of these bozos with one hand while eating a hot dog with the other.
Does anyone remember the incident from awhile back, where several troops happened upon shooting for "NYPD Blue" and asked Dennis Franz for his autograph? He replied something to the effect of "Yeah, I'll give you my autograph.... on the condition that you guys give me your autographs, because you're doing a great job for us and I'd be honored to have them."
