But only until it contravenes the social/legal structure of the country. Freedom doesn't mean that I can't shoot someone a bullet in the head just because I think they should procreate. For instance, we do allow group relationships (sex) while we don't allow undefined group procreation. So, it is not a question of morals or ethics, but a question of social structure.
As for the turkey baster, there still is only one natural mother and one father. The latter remains unknown and the second lesbian partner assumes the legal stand of the adoptive parent. No difference to heterosexual couples where he is shooting blanks.
